This masterclass is suitable for beginners and enthusiasts looking to deepen their knowledge and discover new dimensions of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Important note: For the best experience, we recommend avoiding coffee on the morning of the class to keep your palate as clean as possible for tasting. Don’t worry—coffee will be available after the session!
Green apples and mineral water will be available to refresh your palate during the tasting. Towards the end of the class, you'll explore how different oils pair with cheeses and warm bread.
